REFUND POLICY

Fort Hockey Development is committed to providing high-quality camps and programs. To ensure fair administration and planning, the following refund policy applies to all registrations.

Refunds

Refund requests will only be considered if received on or before June 1, 2026.

No refunds will be issued after June 1, 2026, regardless of the reason, including but not limited to injury, illness, scheduling conflicts, withdrawal, or non-attendance.

Camp Transfers

Participants who are unable to attend their registered camp may request a transfer to another Fort Hockey Development camp, subject to availability.

  • Transfers may only be made to a camp of equal or lesser value.

  • No refund or credit will be provided for any difference in price when transferring to a lower-priced camp.

  • If transferring to a camp with a higher registration fee, the participant will be responsible for paying the difference.

Registration Transfers

Camp registrations may be transferred to another participant if the original registrant is unable to attend.

To request a registration transfer, please email the new participant's information to info@forthockeydevelopment.com.

Future Camp Credit

In place of a refund, Fort Hockey Development may, at its sole discretion, issue a registration credit equal to the amount paid, which may be applied toward a Fort Hockey Development camp or program during the following calendar year.

Camp Cancellations

Fort Hockey Development reserves the right to cancel any camp due to insufficient registration or unforeseen circumstances.

If a camp is cancelled by Fort Hockey Development, all registered participants will be notified by email and will receive a full refund of registration fees paid. Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Fort Hockey Development reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Note, if camps are cancelled due to numbers, emails will be sent out and refunds will be provided. Please allow the necessary processing time for these to get done.
